  • Cryptocurrency payments via supported networks. Exchange rate and fees are shown at checkout.
  • Internal balance replenishment in USD with further spending on tasks and services.

How payment is processed

  1. You choose an amount, payment method and confirm the details at checkout.
  2. The system generates an invoice and awaits confirmation from the payment provider or the network.
  3. After confirmation, funds are credited to your account and become available for use.

Service delivery (activation)

We provide digital services. Delivery means enabling access to features in your account or initiating work on your request.

Timeframes

  • Card and most aggregator payments: usually within a few minutes after confirmation.
  • Crypto payments: depends on network load and confirmations. Crediting occurs after the network confirms your transaction.

Disputes and chargebacks

In case of a dispute through the payment provider, we provide documentation confirming the service rendering. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, we may limit operations until the circumstances are clarified.
